    Session Name

    Description

    Opening
Innovation in Action: Pharaon pilot results Pharaon’s integrated platforms were validated in six different pilot sites: Murcia and Andalusia (Spain), Portugal, The Netherlands, Slovenia and Italy. During this session, the overall pilot results on quality of life and care, loneliness and technology use and usability will be presented together with specific local results related to socialisation, health management, monitoring at home, or mobility
Transforming care and lives: Pharaon’s Journey Towards Sustainable Impact and Market Solutions Pharaon has carried activities aimed at increasing external visibility of Pharaon achievements and results, and turning them into concrete actions to generate impact for stakeholder communities. During this session, the Pharaon impact assurance and cost-effectiveness results of Pharaon’s interventions, and pilots’ success stories in terms of sustainability and impact on people will be discussed. Finally, the Pharaon marketplace “CATAALOG” which contains a comprehensive collection of products and solutions for active and smart ageing, will be presented, as well as our work on standardisation.
Building bridges: round table with policy makers To ensure the greatest potential implementation of Pharaon after the end of the project and ensure the findings and results of the project can be built upon after the project, the round table with policy makers provides the opportunity to discuss the lessons learned from Pharaon and policy recommendations with policy makers from the Pharaon pilot countries.
Strategic interconnections: synergies with European initiatives Pharaon has been actively involved in the European health and care cluster of large-scale pilots, collaborating on reference architectures, platforms, and pilots for European smart and healthy living. Two key impacts from this synergetic collaboration in the area of standards and architecture will be presented, followed by an exchange on lessons learned with other European large-scale pilot projects.
    Closing
Exhibition The exhibition area will showcase Pharaon’s solutions that were deployed in the six pilots and through the Pharaon open calls.
